Freddy features on Saturday Kitchen Live
Bristol-based chef Freddy Bird has been working with Martin and the team here at Love What You Eat for a while now.
Obsessed with great tasting food, Freddy trained at Ballymaloe before landing roles at London-based Michelin Star Restaurants, The Square and Moro. Freddy then returned to Bristol to open numerous restaurants and has won awards based on his distinct style of cookery dubbed ‘Bird Food’.
One of his latest ventures is littlefrench in Westbury Park, Bristol. The independent, family run restaurant serves unpretentious French food and engaging wines.
Freddy is the expert chef behind our award-winning pies. Buxton Pies offers a range of hand crafted, delicious pies with a variety of fillings. Perfect for easy meals and entertaining.
Freddy recently appeared on Saturday Kitchen Live, talking all about his restaurant but also his love of wines. He also cooked two fabulous dishes; Braised Artichokes and Seared Salmon with sauce messine and broccoli
