Quick & Easy: Salmon Steak with braised leeks

This simple, easy recipe is perfect for an after work, mid week meal.  


2 Salmon Steaks
2 Good sized leeks
100ml Chicken stock
knob of butter


Take two good sized leeks, clean well and slice diagonally.

In a pan put a large knob of butter and melt, add the leeks and poor in 100ml of chicken stock, place 2 Love What You Eat Salmon Steaks on top.

Season well with salt and pepper, cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes 

Serve with creamy mash, peas and green beans and a wedge of lemon – lovely
