Fincher & Co 'Dividing Line' Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2018
At last a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand that pushes the envelope. This multi award winning wine comes from vines picked early and then is fermented in large and old French Oak barrels. The wine has a richness and complexity that is most unusual and although broad, the tight lemony lime acid line pins the wine together fantastically.
