François Bonhomme owns and operates the 15 hectares domaine and it is planted solely with 'Melon', or more familiarly, Muscadet. This wine is produced using grapes from François' finest vineyard 'Fief de le Brie'. Delicate yet expressive nose of green pear while the palate boasts real poise and precision with an exquisite light-footed attack, though with no lack of energy and lift on the long, gently mineral finish.
