Fincher & Co. Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2018
A superb example of Awatere Sauvignon. The Awatere Valley is a bit cooler than the rest of Marlborough so less overt tropical fruit, instead a more european note, tight, elegant and fresh. Asian-style seafood dishes - oysters, scallops, crab, clams, lobster, prawns. Thai green chicken curry or a Thai-style chicken salad. Grilled fish especially squid or swordfish. Dishes with herbs and greens - salmon with dill, for instance, but great with recipes that contain basil, coriander, rocket and especially mint. Salads with goats cheese and feta, asparagus, avocado or grilled red peppers, fresh tomato salads or salads with fennel, mango or papaya. 

L'Abeille, Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc, France, 2019
This wine is both gentle and refreshing with notes of Mediterranean white peach, apricot kernel and zesty lime peel culminating in a silky mouth-feel and crisp, vibrant acidity. The acidity is why the wine is known locally as the ‘Lip Stinger’. Picpoul de Pinet is not only splendid with seafood and shellfish as well as other traditional Mediterranean dishes, but also with cheese and chocolate. It’s best drunk young and cool (between 8-10°).

Flora & Fauna, Grenache Blanc, Southern France, 2018
A fragrant blend of White Grenache (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%), the Flora & Fauna white is packed with character. Blended by Master of Wine, Liam Steevenson and winemaker Pierrick Harang, the wine is a wonderful reflection of place and their personality. Made for the dinner table, this wine is a true reflection of the South of France, the cold breeze from the sea, chilling the vineyards and adding freshness to an aromatic range.

Le Petite Balthazar Rosé, Languedoc, 2019
Nose is floral, taste is a hint of cinnamon, freshly cut guava, and strawberry... light-ish, an exceptional value rosé from Provence perfect for drinking on a hot day. Food pairing: Pasta, Vegetarian, Appetizers and snacks, Lean fish, Aperitif

Sauvignon de Tourraine 'Les Anges', Loire, France, 2019
Elegant and refreshing with a good burst of fruit and a touch of minerality. Bright, fresh yellow color. Flowery on the palate, fresh and delicate, fruity with a smooth finish.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC, Pontemagno, Italy, 2019
Pale straw yellow with a green hue. Delicate and elegant, with notes of yeast and fresh bread. Fresh, dry, savoury with a pleasant finish and excellent acidity.
