Minervois 'Le Lievre', Languedoc, France, 2018
100% Syrah from the vineyards of Minervois, high in the hills in vineyards the reach up against the herb covered rocks above. The is a notable intake of the garrigue herbs, thyme and lavender on the nose of this wine, accompanying the dark perfumed notes of the ripe Syrah fruit. Picked ripe and fermented in tank, with gentle extraction, ensuring that the wine has fantastic fruit notes yet is balanced and restrained. Chewy tannins the wine is long and elegant on the palate.

Petite Immortelle, Côtes de Roussillon Villages, 2018
The focus of Petite Immortelle is fresh fruit and instant availability, inspired by the rustic country kitchen in the south of France. Scent of herbs and dark, brooding hedgerow fruits. Very well balanced and fresh in style, beautifully showcasing the land where it was grown.

Flora & Fauna Grenache Syrah, Vin de Pays, France, 2018
A fragrant blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Merlot, the Flora & Fauna red is packed with character. Blended by Master of Wine, Liam Steevenson and winemaker Pierrick Harang, the wine is a wonderful reflection of place and their personality. Made for the dinner table, this wine is a true reflection of the South of France, with an earthy, garrigue herb complexity that sets the wine apart.

Las Pampas Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina, 2018
A complex Malbec from Argentina showing excellent value. Lovely oaky notes come through this wine. Fruit-driven and plummy with soft tannins coming through. Impressive and expressive!

Sunnycliff Cabernet Sauvignon, Australia, 2018
This soft, supple and juicy red is full-bodied with lots of intense cassis fruit and spicy notes. A blend of fruit from Mildura and Coonawarra in Australia, the latter being known as one of the best regions for Cabernet Sauvignon in the country.

Fincher & Co. Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2018
A fragrant blend of White Grenache (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%), the Flora & Fauna white is packed with character. Blended by Master of Wine, Liam Steevenson and winemaker Pierrick Harang, the wine is a wonderful reflection of place and their personality. Made for the dinner table, this wine is a true reflection of the South of France, the cold breeze from the sea, chilling the vineyards and adding freshness to an aromatic range.
