Oven Cooking Instructions

FROM FROZEN For best results oven cook from frozen. Place on kitchen foil, lightly brush with oil and loosely wrap. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan-assisted oven at 200℃/Gas mark 6 for approximately 18-22 minutes.

Microwave Cooking Instructions
GUIDELINES; For best results place onto non-metallic plate.; Cover and heat on full power to the following times: 750W (4 -4.5 min), 850W (3.5-4min), 1000W (3-3.5 min);Beware of escaping steam when removing the film/ lid.
