COVID-19 Statement
Love What You Eat changes as a result of COVID-19
We understand what a worrying time this is, so we want to reassure you that we are working hard to make sure that our products are available to as many customers as possible, and that we can keep delivering to you safely.
We are continuously updating with guidance from Public Health England to ensure that we are acting on their latest advice and are prepared for further developments. Any changes as a result of this will be communicated to customers via updated website statements/social media or our customer representatives.
Grocery Availability
At this current time, we are not experiencing any stock shortages or disruption from our suppliers and are working hard to ensure that this continues to be the case. We encourage all of our customers to continue ordering in their normal pattern and not to start panic buying / stock piling, this will help us to continue to supply all of our customers in the usual manner during this difficult period of time.
Delivery Advice for Self Isolation
We want to deliver to you as safely as possible and our delivery representatives are following all Public Health Guidance to ensure that we are following best practice. To help us with this, please let us know if you’re in self-isolation by telling us in the delivery instructions box when you order online or by telling the Love What You Eat Representative when you place your order.
To be on the safe side, our representatives will be asking everyone they deliver to if they’re self-isolating, each and every time an order is placed so please don’t be offended if you’re asked.
Following the Government’s advice on preventing the spread of COVID-19, if you’re self-isolating, our representative won’t be able to come into your home. Instead we will ring or text you to say exactly when your order will be delivered and leave it on your door step or an alternative safe location agreed. In such circumstances, payments for orders will be taken in via the Love What You Eat website or via manual card payment to avoid the need for self-isolating customers to touch any card payment machines.
If a payment receipt is required this will be sent to you digitally via email/text or other agreed means.
We hope that this information has been helpful and we’ll do our best to keep your shopping experience with Love What You Eat as smooth as possible. Stay in, stay safe.
